Our Journey

The birth of the "Deepa Gurnani" brand began with the union of Deepa and Jay Lakhani. As our lives merged, our creative minds and practices complemented each other, proving conducive to our brand's unique vision. Together, we launched our first collection at Henri Bendel’s in New York City in November 2006, captivating audiences worldwide with our distinctive, handcrafted embroidered accessories. Season after season, Deepa Gurnani continues to inspire with its stunning designs.
